REFUND & RETURNS POLICY 

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at vibra@14dimensiondesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Condition Requirements
Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet eligibility requirements will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Sale items
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as returns. Once the returned item is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vibra@14dimensiondesigns.com. We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
