Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, estimated transit times are:

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination.
We currently ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may be applied when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Packages returned to us due to undeliverable addresses may incur reshipment fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for theft or packages marked as delivered.

International Shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time. Any custom production timelines will be noted on the product page when applicable.
