Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or logistical issues are outside of our control.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Not all items are eligible for return. Custom, personalized, sale, or final sale items may not be returned.
